I am guessing that the last verse says something like:
New Year comes, the old is just about
to say goodbye forever.
Maybe this time dreams will turn
destiny's page.

You're absolutely right, except the original text is a bit inaccurate.

The chorus goes like this:

Новый Год идёт, старый же вот-вот
Навсегда простится
Может в этот раз он перевернёт
Судьбы страницу.

You should be able to translate this.



BTW, it's indeed a very nice song from Demo.
Their last album is much different from what they
used to sing before.
