Thread: Help translating some sentences for a fantasy story

This is for a dual-language script I'm writing which will be accompanied by 3D images. Any chance someone will help me translate it correctly?

Prelude


Everything was quiet. I lied on the wet sand, unconscious.


Something very important took place. I knew it was important, but I didn’t know what. My dreams, or my nightmares, were trying to tell me something…


I was starting to remember… I remember how we took the final stand in hell.


I remember how big they were, the hellspawns…


Yet we attacked without fear, respecting our oath to defend mortals.

We had almost won.

But we couldn’t hold on. They were too many, they won the battle. The citizens of earth were completely oblivious this battle even transpired.


Before the end, a few angels, including myself, undid their wings… and returned to earth in order to assure its defence before hellfire takes over it.


Chapter 1

I walked along the coast when I saw a woman washing ashore.

I ran towards her

Lifted her

And carried her till the monastery, to safety.

Кругом было тихо. Я лежала на мокром песке без сознания.

Произошло что-то очень значительное. Я знала, что это было важно, но не знала, что именно. Мои то ли сны, то ли ночные кошмары что-то пытались рассказать мне.

Я начала вспоминать. Я помню, как в аду мы взяли их последнюю линию обороны.

Я помню, насколько большими они были, эти исчадия ада.

Тем не менее, мы атаковали без страха, верные нашей присяге защищать смертных.

Мы почти победили.

Но мы не смогли удержаться. Их было слишком много, они выиграли битву. Как выяснилось, обитатели Земли даже не обратили на это сражение никакого внимания.

Перед самым концом, несколько ангелов, включая меня, сбросили свои крылья... и вернулись на Землю, для того чтобы обеспечить её защиту, прежде чем огонь Преисподней овладеет ей.
