Thread: help with old document

I have a document of some sort from 1902 from Russia, but I don't know what it is. I've been trying to get meanings to some of these words to piece it together and find out what it is. Does anyone know what 'otcpoyka' means. I know that's just the english looking letters but I have no other way to type it in. Thanks in advance!!
