Thread: Can someone help with a difficult sentence in Russian?

How would you translate this into English?

У меня было ощущение, что мы выкладываемся по полной программе, придумываем очень интересные вещи, что мы, преодолевая огромное количество сложностей, довольно хорошо говорим при этом работая на грани напряжения сил и возможностей, снимая по 7 серий в день, что требовало удержания в памяти огромных объемов информации.

I came up with this, but it doesn't quite make sense in English:

I had been under the impression that we were putting together a full program, making up some very interesting things and that we, overcoming the huge amount of difficulties, were doing our presentations rather well in light of the edge of tension of forces and opportunity, filming 7 series in a day, which required keeping in memory vast amounts of information.

I felt we work as hard as possible, invent very interesting stuff. Overcoming a lot of difficulties we speak well, pushing the limits, making 7 series in a day which requires to memorize a lot of information.

I had the feeling that we were giving it our all, coming up with very interesting things; that we, in overcoming a great number of difficulties, continued to speak quite well, working on the edge of exhuastion and of our abilites, filming 7 episodes a day, which required memorizing a huge amount of information.
