    I don't blame her, if she hates me - Я не виню её, что она меня ненавидит.
    Она не виновата - means "it's not her fault", which is also acceplable, I guess.

    Direct translation would be: Не вини меня в том, что она меня ненавидит. But it sounds weird. I'd say: Я не виновата в том, что она меня ненавидит (не любит). "Ненавидит" is a very strong word, don't use it if you don't mean it.
    I don't blame her if she hates me.
    Я не виню её за то, что она меня ненавидит. (не любит, терпеть не может.)

    ВЕШ, "shut up" is rude enough to translate it as "заткнешься".

    эту фразу: "I don't blame her if she hates me" литературно я бы перевел так:

    Я понимаю, почему она меня ненавидит.
