You can say '...you will be there?' But not 'How long you were sleeping?'. Sorry, I'm a Native American English speaker and can't explain why.

P.S. I guess the verbs and the pronouns in every single sentence have to be interchanged, i.e. How long were you sleeping? (Not 'you were'). Right?
