One way to say this is Я желаю, чтобы все ваши мечты исполнились! Literally, "I wish that all your daydreams would be fulfilled."

Or you can use the verb сбыться ("come true; become reality") instead of исполниться -- the meaning is basically the same: чтобы мечты сбылись, "that fantasies would come true."

But more generally, you can use the construction желать, чтобы [+ past-tense verb form] when you mean "to wish that something would happen."
