Well, in my opinion, globalization is inevitable under some common economic ground (like capitalism). It is neither evil nor good. I mean, it's good for some and evil for the others, as usual. I believe any restrictions on the free trade are harmful to all in the long range. I personally welcome globalization, however I would prefer to shape it a bit differently than the way it's done now. For example, I would prefer to see more "international culture" (Esperanto and the related culture) and less one specific culture (US pop culture that is) destroying other national cultures. However, there are plenty of other people (on this forum as well) who would strongly oppose globalization.
