Thread: why did you start learning.....

I began to learn English when I was about eleven. It was at Ukrainian school where English was as third language. Second language was Russian language. Then I learnt English at institute and then at university. Unfortunately I didn't have a goal so my English is still so bad. But now I have a goal. English is an international language so it's needed for communicate with my colleagues and with other interesting people around the world (like you, for instance). Besides that there are a lot of very interesting books writen in English so I would like to read them in English. Because reading in author language is much more interesting.
