In this case, both. Except that she has three mother tongues - besides Finnish, English (father's tongue), and Swedish (local, social and national environment, ie all day every day, from birth).

We used to have fun on the tube. Mum, speaking Finnish to her two daughters and them speaking Finnish to her. Mum and my stepdaughter speaking to me in Swedish (against my wishes, but что делать?), and me and my daughter speaking English to each other. hi everyone i'm olya, my first language is english and chinese, but i'm trying to learn some russian since my grandpa is russian

I'm tackling Russian because of the population overflow of Soviet/Russian Jews (and non-Jews) immigrants in my country

My native language is Chinese-Mandarin. I can speak english though but not that good.

My native language is English. My mother is Greek, and my grandmother on my father's side was German. I do not speak, write, or understand any Greek at all. I do not speak or write German, but I am able to understand small bits of it, either in writing, or in a conversation. I am also able to understand some Spanish, either in writing or in a conversation, but I cannot speak or write in Spanish.

My native language is American English. That's also the native language of my whole family.
