Нет. У фермы есть возможность приглашать иностранцев. Они часто делают это.

"she" is the director of the firm. Anyway I am sending another set of documents to someone else. I just have to pick which passport to to use. Anyone have any suggestions which would be easier to travel on in Russia? Here are the choices; USA, Australian or New Zealand.

Could it not be the case that the business applying for the invitation on your behalf hasn't been properly registered with those government departments it is required (this week) to register with in order to issue an invitation, or, if they are registered, they didn't bring exactly the right combination of forms with them, or there was a spelling mistake on one of them, etc etc?

That would cause the invitation to be declined at that stage.
