Hehe... London stations that were built 100 years ago still have that unfinished "look..."
But it looks like they ought to put some panelling on the walls, or paint it.

Why did it take 15 years? Is it it a whole new line on the metro?
They had to dig under the Ring Road at a depth of only two meters, probably a very delicate operation. I have the feeling the 15 yrs spans initial idea to completed project.
