After I came back from my year in Russia I made a movie about Russia. And now my friend fixed my website so you can watch the movie from your webbrowser! Just go to

and click Russia Movie and wait a little, and you will experience Russia in a way you never have before! How is life in the dorms? How is student life? How does Petersburg look like from a foreigner's point of view? Moscow? Novgorod? Vladivostok? How much can one drink? What music do they listen to, etc. etc.! The movie is about a year old, so my russian commentary might not be up to snuff, but hopefully it will be enjoyable!

(I had one too many Mountain Dew today, a little hyper... )




BTW: In Opera it doesn't work properly, I don't know about Firefox. But if you are normal and have Internet Explorer and the latest Windows Media Player, you should be a.o.k.

When you were there were there any ciee program kids? Theres the office near the couches in the hallway (first floor) by the entrance, where the program director is.

While I was in Kiev, on my way to the bus stop, a guy walked up alongside of me and reached down and picked up a wad of money. Of course I did not see the money on the ground so I assumed he was just pretending to pick up the money. He said something really weird like "wow, look what I found, let's share it" or something like that. I just kept walking and didn't stop. Maybe another mafia scam of sorts.
