MP3 Player: Lyrics Display in Cyrillic

    Privet!

I have been shopping here in Montreal, Canada for an MP3 Player that can display lyrics in Cyrillic. I don't know if such a thing exists because so far the American tech support of the MP3 manufacturers tell me Lyrics Display is only possible in the Latin and Asian alphabets. But maybe in Russia, it's available? I've tried contacting a few places in Russia, but my Russian is limited and so far I have no results. If anyone can help...

    Spassibo za pomochi

P.S. I'm also studying Chinese, so I would also appreciate Chinese Lyrics Display on the player.

Lyrics? Where's lyrics in MP3 file format? iRiver players support Russian ID3 tags and you can read text in Russian from them (I have IFP995 model which is pretty old).

    The follow-up

Well, I was expecting a bigger interest in the subject. Lyrics display while listening to a song is really quite a useful tool when learning a language. The 3 short replies I received were quite useful though. I checked out iRiver and iPod and I ended up buying an iPod nano. It provides lyrics display in Russian Cyrillic and Simplified Chinese among many other alphabets and also permits a slower playback of the music which is convenient when trying to decipher a foreign speech. So thanks TATY. I wasn't even thinking iPod until your reply. And thus, appropriately, some of the first songs I installed on it where songs from ТАТУ, the group.

    Большое спасибо и до скорого!

My I-River H340 displays cyrillic lyrics. However some of the characters come out strange, like Д displays a character that looks like a 'б' backwards and it shows И as 'u', though I find it understandable to read. The model is only a few years old.

Any MP3 player with a text viewer these days should show cyrillic. Can't you ask someone in the stores to show a demonstration before you buy?

And, the amount of replies you got isn't bad. It hasn't been a day since you posted yet...
Please correct any Russian language mistakes I make.

Nothing's strange, it's just some kind of ЕСКД fonts or a similar one:
