    So either this site is SO popular they can't keep up with all the newcomers -- or they're facing budget cuts.Seriously, they've maxed out their bandwidth only 1/3 of the way through the month? That's either really good or really bad. Or maybe "extra traffic" is just the cyber-mafia's term for "protection."

    I don't know about you guys, but I've been getting that message at least once a day on the forum alone over the past 5 months! Especially when I check the forum from work for some reason...
