    As far as I know you have be enlisted in the military to take it. They told us that parts of the test are 'Classified' and we had to sign a thing saying we wouldn't discuss details of it. Thats why it can be a gamble if you want to b a linguist. Because you must first sign up, and then ask to take the test. So if you fail you can't be a linguist but your stuck in the military.
