If you had to move to another CIS country / Если вам надо переехать в другой стране С

This is a question for people who live in the Russian Federation.
If you had to move to another CIS country (you were forced.....) which one would you choose, and why?

Because I wanted to start a poll.....
And I was wondering which of the CIS countries seem attractive to people in Russia....

We see polls about which EU countries people want to move to some times, http://www.asdafinance.com/news/travel-money/which-european-country-would-you-most-like-to-live-in/ I have seen this about the USA too - which state do people want to live in, if they had to move.

it's interesting what countries seem attractive to other Europeans, and why. For example weather, career opportunities, culture, beaches, politics, mentality of the people there, nature etc.

So I am just curious if any of the other CIS countries seem attractive to Russians, and why.

Personally I think Southern Ukraine seems nice.

Edit: I thought about it some more. Maybe nobody from Russia would like to live in any of the other CIS countries and the question is a bit stupid.

We have a pretty common idiom for this kind of thing: менять шило на мыло.
Except your reasons are very specific.

My parents moved to Ukraine from Russia, before I was born, because of some health problems connected with climate.

I have heard many good opinions about Belarus.
It would be not easy to live in "Asian" countries, and Transcaucasia.
    Ukraine is too hot
