What are blogs at Wiki like? I've never heard of them... I only know that you correct mistakes at Wikipedia freely but what about blogs???

    http://www.wikyblog.com/

It is a blog that anyone can edit.

    But It have one problem:
I didn't understand how do I open new topic except the "Talk" area. I open one at:

Creating such a blog, we basically eliminate some of the subforums on this board. And then we will surely have lots of new unfamiliar people rushing to correct everything, or 'edit' everything if you like.
