Thats why we're not fat :P Haven't been to US yet but in UK I couldn't finish all those big plates of food most times.

I have lost 10 kilos since living in Russia. I wasn't fat either. Most of it was muscle loss. So I joined a gym and am now ripped, with a six-pack. Russia has been good to me.

Wow 10 kilos is much enough since you weren't like the guy in the pic :) Congrats! When you get back you should start to arrange loosing-weight tours for Americans. You're gonna make a lot of money pretty fast.

how many pounds is 10 kilos?
    About 20 pounds.

If you're anywhere under 100 kilos, you can always pretty much double it to get an estimate for pounds and never really be off by more than say 5 or 6 pounds.

    1 kilo-2.2 lbs
    10 kilos=22 lbs
    100 kilos=220 lbs

Once you get to 100 kilos, the difference is pretty significant.

I don't make plans Klinky ol Boy! There are worse places than St Petes to end up in, so if I found out that I had to stay here it would not bother me.

just google for (amount of pounds) pounds to kg

    like:
    1 lbs to kg
    200 lbs to kg
    530 kg to lbs

Then my weight is google for 102 kg to lbs -- 102 kilograms = 224.871507 pounds

I've heard from my friend who lived in Russia that бутерброд is more commonly eaten in households than the typical American sandwiches where you cram everything you can between two slices of bread.

Well, it's true. Actually I've never eaten a sandwich in my life. Probably I have to try it... some time later...

You make sandwiches sound bad but they are yummy.

    Неправильно ты бутерброд ешь.
Ты его колбасой кверху держишь, а его надо колбасой на язык класть. Тогда вкуснее получится.
