    Exactly - grilled lamb kebab (ягнево кебабче - is that how they call it in "Moscow" Russian, btw? I'm not sure, please correct me, fellow Russians, I only know a "village" name, I'm an ignorant peasant) - is Russian and happens to be my favourite.

    Favorite Russian Cuisine

    I love borsch and so do my children and husband. And my colleagues -we have a "borsch party" at least 3 times each winter
