What's wrong with Rostov? I've been on sexual escapades in Rostov - they have as good a choice of condoms as anywhere else I've been to.

I heard another explanation of it (told directly by Pozner in one of his shows) and for some reason I believe it more than this one. According to it that woman said that there was no sex on TV and people of course didn't hear the last part.
