    make (synonym)

"The sizable windows in combination with the spacious show room make the property extremely attractive for all types of shops"

A synonym for the verb in English or restatement of the sentence.

Hmm, well a synonym is rather difficult to find for this sentence, but a rewording of it could be:

Due to the sizable windows and spacious show room, the property is extremely attractive for all types of shops.

    Another possibility:

The sizable windows and spacious show rooms add up to a property that's extremely attractive for all types of shops.

In place of "add up to," one might say "contribute to".

Also, notice the difference in the use of articles, depending on the choice of verb:

"the windows and rooms make the property attractive"

"the windows and rooms add up to an attractive property" (or "a property that's attractive")

"Contribute to" sounds more natural than "add up to" in my opinion.

Also an irrelevant question I was looking for good synonyms of the word spacious and I found the word cavernous.
Is it correct to use it?

Cavernous is used to describe something that looks or feels or has the attributes of a cavern. I think it would sound weird here. You could say "roomy" as well, but that's more colloquial. If you're going for a professional tone, "spacious" works best.
