"Я те говорю" is OK. "Те" is the colloquial form of "тебе" ("тебя" = "тя"). But "Я тебя говорю" is wrong, correct is "Я тебе говорю".

I know how to spell летать. It was a typo, DONT correct it man. It pisses me off so much.
