I am getting the same announcement right now. Apparently, current show is for some reason TV-only and they don't broadcast it online.
But they promise that online broadcasting will resume at 00:10...

We have one state-funded channel without ads: "Культура" ("Culture").
It has very good content about art, music, theater etc.
Highly recommended!
