Ok. Thank you! Now, why is that correct. Why лиц instead of лицами. I know that it would be тысяча лиц, but when you decline the number i though the noun you were declining went into that case...

Ok. So to add to my confusion about when to use тысячей and тысячью, I found them used in the same way. And i also found that what there were a thousand of, was used in two different cases. Arrrgh!...
