I agree with Baseuro in general. However I think that all cases can only be defined by their context. All in all, it is not that important!!

:o I thought that "I only run on Mondays." means "I don't do other things (swim, ride a bike, etc.) on Mondays" But "I run only on Mondays." means "I don't run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and so on."...
