    согласно штатному расписанию

Is there in English a set phrase like our "согласно штатному расписанию"? Does "according to the list of members of staff" make sense? That Russian expression was very commonly used in the USSR in orders, commissions, and so on. It was a stock phrase. I don't know though if it's used nowadays. I think not.
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

Well, it seems that it doesn't make sense in English...

Perhaps you could supply a bit more context? If we see the phrase in a sentence, perhaps an equivalent will come to mind.

"According to the staff list" certainly makes perfect sense and sounds good in current American English. But from Olya's question I wonder whether there is something more going on.

Yes, I intentionally listed those quotes first, starting with Оля's phrasing, and then followed with variations on that which appear to show that "staff list" is used more frequently in English. But I cannot say that there is an equivalent set phrase in English, for example here are other variations:
It was recommended that the appointments of personnel, as per the personnel list in the hands of Board members and based upon Board authorized salary rates, be approved

    Re: согласно штатному расписанию

To our foreign friends I should clarify what Штатное расписание means in Russian.

It's a list that contains positions and salaries in the organisation, i.e.:

    Director - $1000.00
    Deputy director - $800.00
    Accountant - $750.00
    Secretary - $500.00

    etc.

When a new employee comes, they usually issue a document, called 'Приказ' (administrative order) with the following text:

'Назначить <name here> на должность <position>, с окладом, согласно штатному расписанию.

'Assign <name> to the post of <position> with salary according to the <you pick the correct term >...

Here's the results Multitran returns. Too many.

The direct translation is grammatically correct and perfectly clear, but it's not a set phrase as such. There probably isn't anything more idiomatic though because it's not really as distilled and explicit a concept in English as it appears to be in Russian.

    Re: согласно штатному расписанию

    Вот лучшее решение вопроса: «штатное расписание» по-английски «compensation chart».

Моя двоюродная сестра много лет работала на разных фирмах в отделе «human resources». Я задал ей вопрос, как у них называется «a list that contains positions and salaries in the organisation». Вот что она в мыле мне написала:
    Hi Donny,

When I was in the business we had these and they were our Compensation Charts that included all titles, levels, grades and ranges and we had a whole separate book with the job descriptions. I don't know that anyone has a name that is any more formal than that.

    Hope this helps.

    Judy
"Titles" means "job titles," e.g. "director, assistant director, accountant." "Ranges" means "salary ranges." "Levels and grades" are most likely subdistinctions of each job title or salary range or seniority, although I can't say that for sure since those words are professional jargon in this context.
