    Если у секретаря спрашивают: "где Иван Иваныч?"

    А Иван Иваныч в это время находится у начальника.

    или он в это время куда-то ушел с начальником

    Корректен ли ответ: He is with boss

    He is meeting his boss.

    If you are at the office, and someone says "he's with the boss", you'd assume he's in the boss's office.
