Correct it please if needed (don't mind if the sentence sounds strange; I omitted all the names in it):

A mosque, whose columns look like a forest, a castle of refined beauty and a majestic cathedral, which is the third biggest cathedral in the world and where the grave of Christ is, serve as an illustration of two cultures, Arab and Christian ones.

Are these two or three buildings? If two, where does the "castle" bit belong to?

I would drop "ones" at the end.
