Hello! I again need a help. This time it's Business English subject which seems to be so complicated for me to translate properly! I'll appreciate any help!!!

1. We have appointed you as our Sole Selling Agents for…
2. before we entrust you with the disposal of our consignments
3. we are thoroughly familiar with both the requirements of our market and the quality of your goods
4. we are trying to find a reliable company to represent us selling our products
5. would you consider that we can deal with this company without any risk

9. we are reluctantly compelled to turn down the order

вообще-то нужно побольше контекста, но:
перед тем, как мы доверим вам распоряжаться грузами (грузовыми партиями)

3. we are thoroughly familiar with both the requirements of our market and the quality of your goods

мы тщательно ознакомились с требованиями нашего рынка и качеством ваших товаров.

4. we are trying to find a reliable company to represent us selling our products

мы пытаемся найти надежную компанию для того, чтобы представлять (на рынке) нашу продукцию

5. would you consider that we can deal with this company without any risk

... мы можем иметь дело с этой компании безо всякого риска...


6. this is a new market area for us

это новая область рынка для нас

7. we may be able to place large orders with your company

мы, возможно, сможем размещать большие заказы в вашей компании

Стоимость этого перевода будет меньше доллара по стандартным московским расценкам

А ты как видишь предложение без глагола? Конечно нужно.

Да, простите, надо было и правда свой вариант сначала дать. Sorry, учту.

А может "ARE" в данном случае не надо использовать, если здесь не пассив а просто глагол to subject ?

И кого же и чему эти цены подвергали ? А если они сами подвергались, то тогда все равно пассив - "are subjected to change" , только так никто не пишет. ( 605 против 7 780 000 )
