Please clarify who is writing each response. Also, does "great" mean good or bad?

    Re: Jumping credit ???

This is from a movie subtitles.
One character (a Repo man, the one who reposesses artificial organs from overdue clients) gets injured and has his own heart replaced with an artifitial one for which he has to pay a huge sum of money, but he falls behind on the payments and the company starts tracking him down and sends another Repo to reclaim the prosthesis. So he decides to sneak into to the company's office to forcibly make his boss take him out of the system that automaticly tracks all overdue clients in order to be able to leave the country without being prosecuted.
The conversation takes place in the boss's office:

Repo: l guarantee, you'll run out of Repo Men before I run out of ways of killing them.

    Boss: Great, great.
This is just great. Do you have any idea what this makes me look like?
One of my own guys jumping credit, huh?

    Repo: Yeah. Now take me
    out of the system.

Boss: Fine. Give me your heart.

Out of the context I could suppose that jumping credit might mean something like: "being let off the hook on a debt", but google doesn't provide clear examples of this phrase, so the doubt still lingers.

it appears to mean simply not paying, while still being on the hook so to speak.
This appears to be some kind of futuristic movie, maybe they just made up the phrase.
Кому - нары, кому - Канары.

I think it's similar to jumping a train. Figuratively speaking, of course. Соскакивать - самая близкая аналогия.
