Please, explain me the meaning of the following:

That jerk lives like
a missle with
his pecker in one hand and
his pooper in the other

What is this about? Especially "his pecker ... ..." and "his pooper ... ..."

I think it's something dirty and vulgar, about a man who is used to jerking off... am I right???

his pecker = his *reproductive organ*
his pooper = his *digestive exhaust valve*

That makes no sense. At all. This is the kind of crap that turns people off to poetry.
