1. You don't say "feel myself" when you are expressing it like in Russian, but rather say "I don't feel so good today", "I feel bad".
If you want to put it in terms of masturbation. You would say "I like to play with myself". Feeling on oneself is a dying term, that no one really uses anymore. At least where I live no one uses it anymore. You are better off with "playing with myself", "playing with yourself", etc.

2. I never heard of "basser". But yes there is something called a "bus boy". Which he deals with the dishes on the table and some other stuff. I never done this as a job. So, I don't know what else they do.
