AS FAR AS THE RAILWAY STATION.

"As far as the railway station" —

Google":

The railroad track including the majority of bridges from the Svratka river as far as the railway station in Židenice going through the main railway station...

METROLINK is finally coming to Rochdale, but, for the time being at least, only as far as the railway station.

Take bus number 1, 5, or 10 and travel as far as the railway station.

The road went only as far as the railway station, no further.

"as far as" is less common than "up to" for that type of expression.

No, the key words here are "no further":

"The road went as far as the railway station" (and then stopped - no more road.)
"The road went up to the railway station" (and then continued on to the next city..... or something.... )

Very slight nuance (which maybe isn't there in US English, I don't know) - but it's there.
P ...... and my brain hurts too....

I think in this case "As far as..."
That is, it answers the question "how far?"
Well, I don't know what to say. I want to say thanks to the Academy, to Mama, to Papa and to my dog. I love you all.
