Thread: the economic terms

Hi everyone!
I need help ............
I’ve started to translate the economic article called “The sun also rises ”. And I didn’t find the term of “property markets”………… I know that “stock market” is «фондовый рынок».

And one more term:
1. dud debt – “безнадежный долг” or “ненужный долг” or somehow else?

Property market = рынок недвижимости. (IMHO)
In UK "property" means "недвижимость". In USA it's "real estate" or "realty". as far as I know.
