Mr. T, I think spider the kat wanted to point out that a cocked gun isn't synonymous to a loaded gun. A gun can be cocked and not loaded, and vice versa.

I think gun in the first part is making a sexual reference as opposed to a piece of military hardware (ie: pistolet).
