Please, help me understand the meaning of "anomalous material" phrase. Does it mean that this is some kind of chemical compounds that make a new, artificial material that doesn't exist as a natural phenomenon?

I dunno, but it might be temporal distortion via progressive metal. http://www.subjectruin.net/AnomalousMaterial.htm

I think it would depend on the context, but in general Id take this to mean a material which deviates from what is standard or normal, be it natural or otherwise.Originally Posted by Rtyom

I reckon Ezri is correct here! Something that is "out of the usual" relative to the given subject.
Let me be a free man, free to travel, free to stop, free to work, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think and act for myself. - Chief Joseph, Nez Perce
We have the analogues of "anomaly" ("аномалия") and "anomalous" ("аномальный") in Russian.
I guess Rtyom is being inquisitive here and wants to know exactly in what way that material is anomalous
Please correct my mistakes if you can, especially article usage.
