    Well, since it has been asked, I suppose you can go to http://www.englishclub.com/esl-forums/index.php if you want. I am actually a Moderator there but I have never advertized them on MR before because my first loyalty is to this site which is geared particularly for Russians who study English, whereas EC is geared for all nationalities to study English so it is less specific than MR. But there are a couple of Russian speakers there, and it is possible sometimes to get a question on grammar answered. However, I think that the guy who answers most of the questions is a bit of a "grammar nazi". I managed to get one guy from there to register an account here at MR but he rarely post here.
