No, they don't at all, if they are really written. Mostly I see a totally clean pane that's good for nothing and simply spoils the look.

In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
В subsilver2 их нет, потому что этим шаблоном почти никто не пользуются (только 24 человека).

Я понял в чём дело. Отключил корову (Ad Muncher) и всё появилось.
