I've placed fairly unobtrusive sponsored links after the first post of every thread, as a way to financially support the hosting and maintenance expense. The links merge with the style and are generally relevant to the topic of the forum. Hope they are helpful, or at least don't bother you too much.
No, they don't at all, if they are really written. Mostly I see a totally clean pane that's good for nothing and simply spoils the look.

Никаких окошек не вижу. :|

I can see them just fine and no, Master Admin, they are just fine and are not a problem.

Я понял в чём дело. Отключил корову (Ad Muncher) и всё появилось.
