    Временный/временной

    These two words should not be confused.

    Временный - temporary. Antonym is постоянный (permanent).

    Временной - temporal. Opposite to пространственный (spatial).

    I wouldn't even know how to use 'spatial' and 'temporal' in English...

    They are rather scientific words.

    Temporal = relating to time. E.g. Temporal frequency (1/sec or Hz). Temporal anomaly.

    Spatial = relating to space. Spatial frequency (1/m). Spatial vision.
