I said almost. Because it is hard to have good coffee routinely. Machine-made coffee is not good for my taste, and making it manually takes a lot of skill, skill that I do not possess (because of this circular problem). So drinking coffee means, for me, an expedition to one of the few coffee shops that make good coffee. I do not think it is different for most of the Americans. But since they drink "coffee" by the gallon, many times a day, that should indicate something about its quality.

The situation in Greece and Turkey is different because good coffee is made just about everywhere.
