Edit: I think I got it. It's a combination of two kinds of fish and they called it cheburashka because its view reminded them of his head.

It's from the movie "Silence of the Lambs".

Buffalo Bill (one of the bad guys, a weirdo that kidnaps women and makes clothes out of their skin) has a girl in a well, and he wants her to moisturize so her skin will be softer... Then, she won't give it back, so he yells at her to put it in the basket so he can pull it up again.
so, lotion + basket = happy!

Yeah, almost everyone you ask (here) will know what it's from, it was a very popular (and disturbing) movie

edit: But I don't know if someone saw "lotion + basket = happy" they would make the connection, I made the connection when I read his signature also.
