My daughter discovered Russian and Ukrainian pop when she studied Russian at school and has given me a compilation CD. This is my favourite track though I like several more.
BTW I can tolerate Via Gra and XS amongst others

About translation... "Tuk-Tuk-Tuk" is like er.. "knock-knock-knock", a knock sound. In this case it means sound of a knocking heart .

My attemt of translation:
