Yes... One stupid person on a game show (where they cast the contestants to make good television), and the world gets to laugh at Americans.

The United States has about 5 times the population of the UK (the same amount more than Italy, if that applies more to you). So there are bound to be that many more stupid people than where you're from.

eh.. i PARTLY agree with you.. Just like there are many stupid people, there are many smart ones in america too. I am sorry to say, but i came to america with an open mind not to judge, but i find the people to be very clueless. To sit in a class is like to die... people say the most retarded things! my history teacher said to a group of girls in the class "name a city in europe that is not london, rome, or paris.", and they could not do it! And it seems to me that everyone i have seen in these classes are like this....

(and dont even get me started on how bad people are in language classes... it is pathetic)

but i do not judge you my friend, i give everyone a fresh start!

ok, i take it back. they are stupid and ignorant. The people that i know at least.

I hang out with the russians in my school, there are about 10 out of 2500 people. (no other italians.... ) but we always get crap because we wear the pointy leather shoes, (they are authentic italian, the russians stole those too...) Everyone will say stupid and mean things about them because they are so used to their ugly tennis shoes. This is ignorance.

When i am in class... and people do not know that france is next to germany, and they do not know what language is spoken in france... this is stupidity.

i was struck by the sheer amount of pointy shoes here in russia, dont like them, never will (i also dislike the барсетка and leather baseball caps), but to each his own! dont forget school can be a tough place, if you're different, you will take a lot of sh*t for it

I think she can be excused from having brains. I'd hit it.

I can't really explain the lack of a basic knowledge of geography in the United States, but I can understand the small proportion of multi-lingual people in this country.

The closest country that speaks a different language is Mexico (yeah, yeah... Canada, but they speak English too). Other than that, we are separated by oceans. In a lot of cases, it would take as long for you to travel to one or two countries by the time we could make it to another state.


I think our problem is it seems that the Americans with the lowest IQ have the loudest mouths.
