You can call me a pedant, but "сделать ошибку по-русски", as well as "ошибка по-[language name]" itself, sounds absolutely wrong to me.
You can "сделать ошибку, говоря по-русски". But "ошибка по-русски" sounds like "a mistake a là russe".

P.S. One can write "Поправляйте мои ошибки, когда я пишу по-русски".
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

Madam, that is the sort of errant pedantry up with which I will not put!

Normal way of saying that is: ... which I will not put up with. (с которой я не буду мириться)

Кстати, а как в оригинале было? errant или arrant?

Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.
