    Interestingly, everyone has glossed over the question of where the stress falls on по-моему and по-твоему.

    It does not fall in the usual place, but on the o if my memory serves me, in both instances. I have no idea why. Maybe a native spkr can come up with smth.

    умолять - even good ole Lingvo says: entreat, beg, implore; supplicate (for); beseech

    Take your pick. Although "beseech" is a far stretch, takes me back to when I was a kid in the 17th century.... ah, the good ole days.

    спрашивать/ спросить is also correct. Languages usually have several ways to express the same thought.
