I been thinking & thinking and can't seem to come up with any
good phrases to hold a conversation with. when talking or chatting
with friends. males and females... can someone help me with any?

-Привет, чувак! Как делишки?
-Да вроде все ништяк, а у тебя как
-Не спрашивай, полная засада - вчера тааакое узнал - аж голова кругом идет, всю ночь ворочался в кровати в холодном поту. Хоть застрелись !!!
-Да ладно, может все утрясется
