Here in the Philippines, vulgarian communists display their wealth too to poor pro-capitalist vendors. The rich communists abase or demean poor pro-capitalist peasants and hog raisers. I even have a fraternity brother who dangled money in front of my face and asked me "do you have money." No wonder democratic capitalist Putin is vulgarian too. He is only human.
