    question....

I found this example on a website:

Маше убрать комнату. It's Masha's turn to clean up the room.

What is it about the Russian sentence that communicates it is "her turn"?

    Re: question....

In a context it may mean "her turn", but in general this kind of phrase (кому-то что-то (с)делать) is "doing something is meant for someone" or "someone's task is to do(to be) smth." or "someone's destiny is to do (to be) smth."
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

    Re: question....

"Маше убрать комнату" = "Masha to clean the room".
It sounds like a sentence from a roster.
"It's Masha's turn to clean the room" will be "Машина очередь убирать комнату". (imperfect form).
Отвечает на вопрос "Чья очередь убирать комнату?" Whose turn it is to clean the room?
    "(It's) Masha's" = "Машина".
Foreign names won't fit in this pattern and it will be "It's Jacks turn today". = "Сегодня очередь Джека" (genitive case is used).
